Why WordPress sites break

Most issues aren’t random. They’re predictable.

When WordPress goes wrong it’s rarely “just bad luck”. It’s the same handful of problems repeating over and over.

Plugins conflict after updates – one change in a theme or plugin can quietly break key pages or checkout flows.

Security vulnerabilities go unpatched – outdated components become easy entry points for attackers.

Backups fail when they’re needed most – misconfigured or untested backups don’t restore cleanly after an incident.

Performance slowly degrades – content growth, plugins and data bloat make pages slower month after month.

Your plan is designed to prevent these problems before they become “emergencies”.

FAQs

Most Common Questions

You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers about how our WordPress care plans work.

How do I get started with my care plan?

To sign up with one or multiple website maintenance plans, you can click the “Choose plan” button for the plan you want to sign up for. Once selected, you’ll be taken to the checkout page to make the purchase of your plan and create your account.

After checkout, we’ll send you onboarding and introductory emails. The first email explains how to securely give our team access to your site(s). Follow-up emails show you how to request edits, which screen capture tools we recommend, and how we’re progressing with updates, speed optimization and more.

How many sites does a plan cover?

Each plan covers one site. If you need care for multiple sites, you can purchase multiple plans – one per site. Accounts with larger numbers of plans can be eligible for bulk discounts and agency options.

What if I have multiple sites that need to be managed?

No problem — we can manage websites for you whether you’re running 1 or 100.

Each plan covers one single site, domain, subdomain or WordPress installation. If you have multiple sites as subdomains of a site (for example, a main domain and several subdomains), they still count as separate sites. If you have 3 websites that you’d like us to manage, you’ll need 3 plans, one for each site. You’re welcome to choose different plans for each website depending on the needs of each site.

Do you work on WordPress Multisite networks?

Yes. However, each site in a Multisite network needs its own care plan. Because of how WordPress Multisite works, we aren’t able to manage only one site on a shared network.

Do you manage WooCommerce websites?

We do. Sites with advanced functionality like WooCommerce, memberships, multi-language setups, or on-site payments require higher-tier plans so we can dedicate the resources needed to keep them secure, fast and running smoothly.

Does it matter what hosting provider I'm using?

No — we’ll work with any website regardless of where it’s hosted. We understand different sites have different needs and budgets.

That said, we may not be able to reach certain speed and security targets on low-end shared hosting. If you’d like to upgrade, we can recommend hosting partners that pair well with our care plans.

How does onboarding work?

After you sign up for the plan that fits you best, you’ll receive a welcome email with details about your plan and how to securely send us your login credentials.

Once we have access to your WordPress dashboard and hosting, we’ll implement your care plan within 24–48 hours. That includes a comprehensive optimization checklist tailored to your site. Deeper speed enhancements can take up to a week as we tune everything for your theme and plugins without risking downtime.

We keep you updated as we work, and you’ll receive regular reports so you always know what’s happening with your site.
